Lori Oancea is the Executive Director of Success Systems, Training and Development with Michigan Financial Companies, a financial services firm focusing in estate planning strategies, wealth accumulation, business planning and executive benefits for both individuals and businesses.
As the Executive Director of Success Systems, Training and Development, she personally onboards and coaches all new advisors entering the firm with a results-oriented training and development program. She partners with each advisor to guide them and prepare them for business success.
Lori is also a financial services professional, who brings a diverse set of skills to the table to review the current financial strategies on both personal and/or business related matters. She is able to recommend solid solutions that can address a wide variety of financial concerns. Whether it is understanding basic life insurance concepts to more complicated tax planning strategies* to meet retirement, business and estate planning needs, she can offer a variety of solutions to achieve those goals.
